A key part of sticking to any behaviour change goal is to stay motivated. Often, when starting out, motivation is high and it's easy to keep going. But as time goes on that energy can fade, old habits poke their heads up, and it can be difficult to keep motivation levels high.

Many things can contribute to this dip in motivation. People often forget why they wanted to change the behaviour in the first place, inspiration falls away, or it can just be difficult to keep the momentum of change going. Maybe you haven't realised how much you've done already, or aren't rewarding yourself when you manage to meet your goals.

This module provides tools that will help deal with these problems. If you're feeling low and uninspired check out the strategy 'seeking inspiration'. If you feel like you can't see any progress or aren't finding joy in your behaviour change check out the stay motivated page and track your progress and reward yourself. Motivation is vital to staying strong so come here and remember 'motivation matters'.
